Summer Fun for this Chemistry Major

Saw this on Instagram and wanted to share!

"Chemistry major Annie (McGlone) Cavalier '16 is spending her summer in a lab that studies the development, progression, and treatment of heart failure. The rising senior was awarded a research fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in the Molecular Cardiovascular Biology Division. She also received an American Heart Association Undergraduate Research Fellowship, awarded to academically strong students who have an interest in cardiovascular research. With a year to go at Saint Mary’s College, she’s applying to combined MD/PhD programs. Annie plans to practice medicine and have a research lab with ongoing projects."
