Harvard Business School Recruitment Program Targets Women’s Colleges

Just as Harvard Business School now is recruiting from women’s colleges for its MBA program, my prediction is that top employers also will be doing the same when it comes time to recruit new employees.  While top employers always have recruited from women's colleges, we're going to be seeing even more of this in the future. All the more reason to consider attending a women's college!

“One tactic the school is taking is the freshly-launched PEEK program, a new recruiting initiative that targets student leaders at women’s colleges across the country.  . . . “It’s the construct of a women’s college we’re finding intriguing,” Dee Leopold, Harvard’s head of MBA admissions and financial aid told the Wall Street Journal. Women’s college students “have been leaders on their campuses,” she said.”
